Relationship Generation System™ · Managed for you

The opportunity is often in the follow-up that never happens

Outreach, educational events and individual follow-up, managed for you, so interested people reach you with the conversation history already prepared.

Current availability

The AI-enabled version is in development and being tested in my own business. I’m now taking expressions of interest for a small number of pilot clients.

Getting attention is only half of client acquisition

Someone accepts your connection request. Someone replies to an email. Someone registers for your webinar, attends part of it, or asks a question.

Then what?

A generic sequence continues, or a booking link gets sent, and the individual conversation stops. You meant to follow up personally, but you were busy delivering for existing clients. A potentially valuable relationship goes quiet.

Someone needs to manage what happens next: understand the context, choose a sensible next step, follow through, and recognise when a person needs you directly. That is what this system does.

An example

  1. 1 Tuesday Priya, an operations director, accepts a personalised LinkedIn invitation to your webinar on why restructures stall.
  2. 2 Thursday She attends, stays to the end and asks how your approach works in a unionised workplace.
  3. 3 Friday She receives a short follow-up answering her question, with a clip of you explaining that exact point.
  4. 4 Next week She replies that a restructure is planned for March. The system flags her as ready for a conversation.
  5. 5 The call You arrive with a one-page brief: her role, her question, what she said about March and what she has already seen.

Who does what

You bring the expertise. The rest is managed around you.

What I manage

  • Audience research and prospect lists
  • Personalised outreach across LinkedIn, email and your existing contacts
  • Event invitations, reminders and follow-up
  • Turning your recordings into clips, posts and emails
  • Tracking every reply, commitment and next step

What you contribute and approve

  • Your expertise, method and offer
  • Presenting the webinar or roundtable
  • Approving the messaging, tone and boundaries up front
  • Reviewing content before it goes out in your name

When you take over

  • When someone is ready to discuss their situation in depth
  • When a question needs your professional judgement
  • Sales conversations, recommendations and agreeing an engagement

What a pilot includes

  • One defined audience and one offer
  • An outreach campaign leading to one educational event
  • Individual follow-up with everyone who engages
  • Progress measured by replies, attendance and qualified conversations booked
  • A review together at the end to decide what happens next

How the system works

Six connected steps

  1. 01

Establish who to approach and why

We start with a defined audience, a relevant problem and a credible reason for that audience to engage with you. Your expertise, method and offer need to connect to their situation.

This foundation guides the targeting, outreach, educational content and follow-up. It also helps identify who should progress towards a sales conversation.

  2. 02

    Start relevant, personalised conversations

AI can help research prospects using appropriate available information, identify relevant context and prepare outreach that connects that context to your expertise. That outreach runs across LinkedIn, cold email, your existing list and referral partners.

Useful personalisation goes beyond a first name or a passing reference to someone’s latest post. It answers: why this person? Why this topic? Why might this be useful to them?

Depending on the campaign, the next step might be a conversation, a useful resource or an invitation to a webinar or roundtable. The messaging stays grounded in what we actually know about the prospect.

  3. 03

Demonstrate your expertise through 1:many sales

A webinar, roundtable or other educational experience gives prospective clients an opportunity to see how you think. Your Unique IP Method provides the structure.

You help people recognise their situation, understand what may be holding them back and see what needs to happen next. This creates a stronger basis for a sales conversation: people have experienced your judgement before being asked to invest in it.

Inviting people to these events also builds your email and social audience, and creates warm contacts you can follow up personally.

  4. 04

Turn the work you naturally do into content

Your webinar can do more than start conversations with the people who attend. When you explain your method, answer a question or help someone see a problem differently, you’re demonstrating the judgement a prospective client is buying. That is often your strongest material.

We build a repeatable workflow to capture recordings and transcripts, identify useful explanations and examples, connect them to your Unique IP Method, and turn them into video clips, posts, emails and longer pieces that support outreach, event invitations and follow-up.

AI can handle much of the transcription, selection, drafting, formatting and scheduling. Your review focuses on accuracy, nuance and whether the result still sounds like you. Public webinars are a straightforward starting point. Material from client or prospect conversations requires appropriate permission, with identifying and confidential information removed.

  5. 05

    Manage the individual follow-through

This is the business development layer that connects engagement to a genuine opportunity.

Someone who registered but couldn’t attend needs a different conversation from someone who stayed, asked a detailed question and described a current problem. Someone who says “later this year” needs a different next step from someone who asks how to work with you.

The system uses the available engagement and conversation history to guide that next action, and keep track of it.

  6. 06

Bring you into the right conversations

When a prospective client is ready for your input, you should arrive with context. What prompted their interest? What have they engaged with? What have they said about their situation? What has already been discussed or promised?

You can pick up the conversation as an informed adviser, with less time spent reconstructing the history.

What AI takes off your plate

Personal business development used to need someone to research contacts, monitor replies, remember context, write follow-ups and maintain the pipeline. That workload is why good intentions rarely become consistent execution.

Each activity can be automated, queued for review or handed to you, depending on the judgement it needs. Your tone and boundaries guide how the system operates.

  • Preparing personalised outreach based on a prospect’s business, role and relevant available context.
  • Keeping contact records current as people reply, register, attend or book.
  • Interpreting and routing responses so questions, objections, timing issues and expressions of interest reach the right next step.
  • Coordinating event follow-up according to what someone attended, asked or requested.
  • Drafting or sending routine follow-ups within agreed boundaries, using the actual conversation history.
  • Tracking commitments and next actions so “send me that”, “check back next month” and “let’s arrange a time” don’t disappear.
  • Preparing you for sales conversations with a concise brief on the person, their situation and the relationship so far.

Built on The Expert Scaling Method™

This system manages stages 3 to 6 of The Expert Scaling Method™: messaging and content, promotion, 1:many sales and follow-through. It works best when you already have:

  • A clear view of the clients you’re well equipped to help.
  • A differentiated approach you can explain.
  • An offer grounded in results you can realistically deliver.
  • The ability and capacity to serve the clients you attract.

If those foundations need work, we address them first.

Is a pilot a fit?

It may be if:

  • You can advise and sell effectively once you’re in a real conversation.
  • You’re comfortable sharing your expertise, or willing to develop that ability.
  • You have a credible service but a limited audience.
  • Your current follow-up depends too heavily on your memory and spare time.
  • You want an approach that reflects the way you naturally work with clients.

Interested in a pilot?

Let’s talk about your audience, your offer and where opportunities are currently being lost. We’ll check whether the foundations are in place and whether a pilot makes sense for you now.
